蛋皮鲜鱿
用鸡蛋摊好的的蛋皮卷上炒好的鲜鱿和笋丝香菇丝,然后两面煎成金黄色,味道很好!

Steps to make 蛋皮鲜鱿

  • 1.鲜鱿鱼,香菇,冬笋洗净备用。
  • 2.全部切成丝,然后锅里放水,水开后焯水控干备用。
  • 3.锅放食用油,放葱姜蒜末爆香后,放入焯水后的鲜鱿鱼丝,香菇丝,冬笋丝,加盐,味精,胡椒粉少许,生抽,快速炒熟后用水淀粉勾芡,淋香油。
  • 4.出锅备用。
  • 5.5个鸡蛋打匀,再加入1满勺(家用瓷勺)水淀粉和少盐继续打匀。
  • 6.锅烧热涂上一薄层油,待锅烧热后离开火,倒入蛋液摊成蛋皮取出。
  • 7.将炒好的鲜鱿鱼丝,香菇丝,冬笋丝,摆在蛋皮上。
  • 8.然后卷起包裹起来。
  • 9.全部做成这样,然后用保鲜膜先封起来。我觉得太单调去做摆平。
  • 10.因为这个觉得太单调了,我做了摆平,用巧克力做了小鸟,(如果不喜欢造型的,就直接忽略这条)
  • 11.做好备用
  • 12.锅里放少点食用油,然后把做好的放入锅中小火煎。
  • 13.两面煎成金黄色。
  • 14.出锅改斜刀
  • 15.装盘
