蓝莓这种果子其实我不是特别爱吃
总觉得她的味道有点寡淡
不过用蓝莓做甜点好像就不一样的感觉
特别喜欢烘烤过蓝莓爆浆的口感

马芬蛋糕做的也挺少的
因为觉得口感有点磁实不是很清新的口感
这款蓝莓马芬还是很推荐的
口味还是稍微偏重但是又蓝莓的中和
吃口还是很赞的哦

  • 白砂糖40克
  • 1克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 牛奶40克
  • 低粉80克
  • 泡打粉3克

Steps to make 蓝莓马芬

  • 1.黄油室温软化
  • 2.加入白糖和盐,搅打至黄油颜色变浅体积变大
  • 3.分次加入鸡蛋液,一次搅打均匀后加入下一次
  • 4.先加入三分之一的低粉搅拌均匀
  • 5.加入二分之一的牛奶搅打均匀
  • 6. 继续加入三分之一的低粉然后二分之一牛奶最后三分之一低粉,一次搅拌均匀后继续加入下一次
  • 7.加入蓝莓
  • 8. 搅拌均匀
  • 9.将面糊装入纸杯,在表面放上几颗蓝莓装饰
  • 10.放入预热160度的烤箱,烤25分钟即可
