新奥尔良烤肉披萨

Steps to make 新奥尔良烤肉披萨

  • 1.把除黄油外的所有材料放在一起,开始揉面。面团稍光滑时,加入黄油。
  • 2.将黄油完全揉入面团中后,在揉一会,直到面团表面光滑即可。
  • 3.面团放在温暖的地方进行发酵。发酵至原来的两倍大即可。
  • 4.90g马苏里拉奶酪擦丝。备用
  • 5.鸡腿去骨、去皮,切成丁,加入新奥尔良烤肉料腌制15分钟。
  • 6.将腌制好的鸡肉,放进烤箱,230度烤5分钟。
  • 7.口蘑切片,用黄油稍微煎一下。目的是让蘑菇变软,去掉多余的水分。
  • 8.其他材料切丁备用。
  • 9.发酵好的面团取出,放进披萨盘里,慢慢按压铺满盘底成周边凸起里面薄的饼底。
  • 10.用叉子在表面扎满小孔。
  • 11.涂上一层披萨酱。
  • 12.在饼底撒上一层奶酪丝。之后依次放上培根、蘑菇、鸡肉。
  • 13.再撒上奶酪丝。
  • 14.最后放上玉米粒、青椒和番茄。之后再撒上奶酪丝。
  • 15.烤箱预热。190度全程20分钟。在烘烤至13、4分钟的时候取出,把剩下的奶酪丝统统放上去,继续烘烤6、7分钟即可。
