  • 1.准备糯米,一定要是糯米,大米口感不够好!

  • 10.忘了拍肉沫,如果有时间肉可以自己剁,不能太瘦,六瘦四肥比较完美,把上述所有材料倒一起 按一个方向搅拌,也可以试用摔的方式增加其口感,然后挖大概一个调羹大小的肉丸子 戳圆 包裹上泡好的糯米里滚一圈!
  • 11.码好,包上保鲜膜,锅里水开后,入锅蒸二十分钟!
