今天是老公生日,本想好好做个蛋糕,结果网线路由器出问题,只能做个简单的,蛋糕裱花也是刚刚学习,拿出献丑了。

  • 牛奶40克
  • 细砂糖(打蛋白用)60克
  • 细砂糖(蛋黄中)30克
  • 淡奶油250克
  • 细砂糖(打淡奶油用)25克

Steps to make 色彩的世界——蓝色渐变戚风蛋糕

  • 1.蛋黄蛋白分别打入无油无水碗中,蛋黄加入细砂糖搅打均匀。不要把蛋黄打发(颜色发淡)
  • 2.再加入牛奶、色拉油,拌均。
  • 3.筛入低粉,拌至顺滑。
  • 4.蛋白分三次加入细砂糖打至硬性发泡。
  • 5.将蛋白的三分之二分两次加入蛋黄糊中,分别用翻拌或切拌的手法拌至均匀,再将此蛋糊倒进余下的蛋白糊中翻拌或切拌均匀。
  • 6.装入8寸蛋糕模,最好是活底不防粘的。震出汽泡,烤箱预热170度,上下火中下层,45-50分钟,插入牙签无粘糊即可。
  • 7.出炉倒扣冷却脱模,用刀刮一下四周及底部轻松脱模。
  • 8.淡奶油加细砂糖打发至九分,从浅色开始,裱完一个颜色,加入几滴食用色素,裱完再加几滴,逐渐加深,用菊花曲奇的裱花嘴。
