  • 1.新鲜饱满的湿花生用清水反复冲洗干净。
  • 2.洗好的花生放煮锅内,锅内放花生两倍量水,放入香叶、丁香、食盐盖上盖子开火煮开转中火煮25分钟。
  • 3.煮好的花生关火后锅内浸泡半小时让其更好的入味。
  • 4.时间到后就可以捞出沥干水分即可,一道即简单又应季的快手美食就做好了。
  • 5.话说水煮花生很多地方都有,只是每个地方的饮食习惯不同,喜欢原味的可以只放盐,喜欢五香的放八角桂皮,喜欢香辣的也可以加花椒、干辣椒等。
