    Steps to make 黑芝麻南瓜汤圆

    • 1.成品图
    • 2.将南瓜去皮切片,放入碗里,放入电饭煲蒸熟
    • 3.记得蒸熟的南瓜将水倒掉,不然水份太多加入的糯米粉也太多,影响口感
    • 4.南瓜压成泥、加入糯米粉
    • 5.揉搓成-个面团
    • 6.分成大小均匀的小剂子
    • 7.取一个小剂子搓圆捏薄成碗壮,包上黑芝麻馅(黑芝麻炒熟、加入白糖、香油拌匀)
    • 8.再搓成圆形,一个汤圆就做好了
    • 9.锅里放适量的水烧开,加入做好的南瓜汤圆,用筷子搅拌一下(以免粘锅),再次烧开、等汤圆浮起来后即可出锅
    • 10.糯糯甜甜的非常好吃!
