同事家做了好多卤菜,带了一份卤大肠给猫,拿回家猫继续把里面多余的油脂都清的干干净净的,这样吃起来才更舒心,虽然这是一种重口味的食材,不过家人还是挺接受的,把它跟豆瓣酱一起煸香,既入味又下饭,还是一道不错的下酒菜,亲们喜欢就一起来尝尝吧。

Steps to make 酱爆肥肠

  • 1.准备食材(卤大肠切段,青红椒切小段,姜蒜改刀)
  • 2.锅烧热,放油,爆香姜蒜。
  • 3.接着把青红椒也放入炒至断生。
  • 4.然后盛出备用。
  • 5.继续起锅,把豆瓣酱爆香。
  • 6.卤大肠放入锅内快速翻炒。
  • 7.加入之前炒好的配菜。
  • 8.大火,快速翻炒均匀,即可出锅。
