猪皮是比较便宜的食材,才3元钱一斤,所以经常拿猪皮做各种小吃,比如这泡椒猪皮,口感Q弹,酸辣咸非常爽口,是我最爱做的小吃之一。

    Steps to make 泡椒猪皮

    • 1.准备好材料
    • 2.锅中烧水,下猪皮,姜片,葱段,料酒煮至猪皮七成熟
    • 3.煮好的猪皮捞出,放凉水中冲洗干净,将肥肉部份全部清除干净,然后切成小条状
    • 4.锅中烧水,放入切好的猪皮,姜片,葱段,料酒,水烧开后转小火再煮15分钟
    • 5.煮好的猪皮捞出放凉开水中浸泡,多换几次水后捞出沥干水
    • 6.沥干水的猪皮放较大的碗中,加入白醋,盐,白糖,泡椒,凉开水,将猪皮腌制二个小时以上再食用
