Steps to make 花胶牛奶冻

  • 1.首先准备好材料,花胶、牛奶、冰糖、姜片。然后就开始制造美食拉~o(∩_∩)o
  • 2.最正确的泡发,应该是煮白开水,放入姜片,煮开!这样把花胶煮5分钟在拿出来,除腥效果非常好。
  • 3.放入花胶,小火五分钟后捞起来,放冷水里泡发1-2小时即可。(怕腥的朋友一定要做这步骤,整个味觉都提升呢)
  • 4.冷水中泡开,待胶身软了即可捞起,胶身如有油脂或者血迹等此时亦可去除。
  • 5.泡开捞起后,切条完成!
  • 6.炖盅导入500克纯牛奶。
  • 7.加入已经切条的花胶,搅拌一会。
  • 8.隔水煮的炖盅,放入后,选择好鱼胶,2个半小时。炖2个小时后,即可放入冰糖,试试甜度,然后在煮30分钟后即可。
  • 9.煮好后的花胶牛奶,看起来是不是很鲜美,味道也是很棒的!可以直接开吃囖~o(∩_∩)o
  • 10.夏天嘛,自然喜欢冰冰的感觉,放到冰箱后,晚上拿出来吃,就变成花胶牛奶冻囖。看会电影,吃上一口,美美的满足,满满的都是胶原蛋白~!
