花开锦绣——太阳花馒头

Steps to make 花开锦绣——太阳花馒头

  • 1.南瓜和紫薯提前用蒸锅蒸熟。切小块,入蒸锅,水开后蒸20分钟就差不多了
  • 2.南瓜和紫薯趁热碾成泥状
  • 3.蒸南瓜的时候,先用面包和出一个白面面团。面粉200克,加入酵母2克,水80克用面包机搅拌和面一个程序就可以,
  • 4.然后在用面包机和南瓜面团直接发酵。南瓜含水量很大,不同的南瓜含水量还不一样,南瓜面团我没有加水,直接就用南瓜泥100克,加面粉150克,酵母2克和成,自己做的时候根据半挂的含水量酌情加面粉,软硬度和白面团差不多就行,然后一边手揉紫薯面团。紫薯面团用了酵母2克,紫薯150克,面粉150克,加了一点水。
  • 5.待面团发酵至原来的1.5至2倍大时就可以i操作,先取出面团排气
  • 6.每样面团都做成大小相等的面剂子,剂子的大小可根据个人喜好决定
  • 7.取一个剂子,擀成中间厚四周薄的面片。将另一个颜色为不同的面剂包裹于其中
  • 8.收严口
  • 9.收口向下擀成饼状
  • 10..用刀沿着面饼的周边均匀地切出刀口,中央保留不要切断,成花瓣状。将一圈都切好,切得要尽量均匀
  • 11.将花瓣一瓣一瓣地顺着一个方向旋转,稍作整形
  • 12.在去一个小面团做个小花朵放在中间
  • 13.整形好的馒头放进蒸锅进行二次发酵大约20分钟后上锅蒸制,上汽后20分钟制熟,蒸熟后不要着急开锅,焖5分钟在开锅
  • 14.美丽积极的太阳花。
