Steps to make 黄桥烧饼

  • 1.将面团原料揉至光滑面团。静置一会儿。将软酥原料混合揉至光滑面团,静置一会儿。将猪肉糜加料酒、盐、姜粉、五香粉及葱花拌匀。
  • 2.静置过的面团揉至光滑,搓成长条。
  • 3.将长条分切成小块。
  • 4.再搓成小长条。
  • 5.将长条按扁,擀成长片
  • 6.抹上软酥后从上向下卷成卷
  • 7.卷成卷儿。
  • 8.将面卷按扁后擀成圆形的饼皮。
  • 9.包入馅料。
  • 10.收口朝下,静置一会儿。
  • 11.将包好馅料的小球压成小饼,表面刷糖水,拍上芝麻,排入烤盘。
  • 12.入预热220度的烤箱,中层,上下火,20分钟。
  • 13.大特写,趁热吃是最好吃的。呵呵
