皮蛋拌豆腐
之前买的一盒皮蛋,本来是想煮皮蛋瘦肉粥,结果一次都没煮,搭配绿豆粥快吃完了,剩下最后2个,今天拿来做皮蛋拌豆腐。

  • 内酯豆腐1盒
  • 松花皮蛋2个
  • 乌江榨菜1包
  • 3根
  • 蒜头6瓣
  • 辣椒面1勺
  • 生抽2勺
  • 香醋1勺
  • 白糖半勺

Steps to make 皮蛋拌豆腐

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.豆腐倒扣在盘子里,横纵切几刀,切成小块。
  • 3.皮蛋剥壳切丁,榨菜丝切碎。。皮蛋可以放开水里煮一下或者冰箱冷藏几分钟,比较容易剥壳。
  • 4.准备一个小碗,放入葱花、蒜末,倒1勺辣椒面。
  • 5.浇上滚烫的热油。
  • 6.倒2勺生抽,1勺香醋,半勺白糖,搅拌均匀。
  • 7.再倒入切好的榨菜丝,搅拌均匀。
  • 8.把皮蛋丁铺在豆腐上。
  • 9.再把调好的凉拌汁均匀的浇在豆腐盘内。
  • 10.成品。撒上葱花点缀即可,咸鲜下饭,微辣爽口。
