Steps to make 摩登焦糖波点蛋糕,优雅复古,经典的时尚与美味

  • 1.蛋清、蛋黄分离。蛋黄中倒入植物油搅拌2分钟。
  • 2.再加清水拌匀,倒入面粉,搅拌成无粉粒面糊。
  • 3.蛋清加盐拌匀,分三次加入糖,打发至湿性发泡,能拉出弯钩,制成蛋白霜。
  • 4.烤箱提前使用150℃预热,蛋白霜分三次与面糊翻拌均匀,制成蛋糕糊。
  • 5.蛋糕糊倒入模具中推平,轻震排出空气,放入烤箱中层,烤制55分钟。
  • 6.烤制结束后取出,轻震排出热气,倒扣冷却脱模。
  • 7.打发奶油,抹在蛋糕上。
  • 8.最后贴上焦糖片即可。
