椰蓉玉米片面包卷

  • 植物油适量(炒玉米片)

Steps to make 椰蓉玉米片面包卷

  • 1.将面团揉至扩展阶段,发酵至两倍大。取出排气,静置发酵15分钟左右
  • 2.再次发酵好后,用擀面杖擀成方形的薄片,形状与烤盘一致
  • 3.放入铺了油纸的烤盘上,整理一下,使面片大小尽量与烤盘一致。送入烤箱进行二次发酵,发酵时烤箱中放入一碗热水,发酵至面团变成原来的两倍大小
  • 4.取出发酵好的面团,用叉子在表面扎一些小孔,盖上保鲜膜继续发酵10分钟左右。烤箱预热上下火180度
  • 5.松弛好的面团,表面刷一层鸡蛋液,撒适量黑芝麻。送入预热好的烤箱,180度上下火,中层,12分钟。面包表面呈金黄色即可
  • 6.取出烤好的面包,将其从烤盘中取出,表面喷适量清水
  • 7.盖上保鲜膜
  • 8.待面包凉至手温,将面包倒扣在保鲜膜上,撕去油纸
  • 9.在面包上划几刀,不要划断,浅浅的划两下就好
  • 10.抹上适量巧克力酱,撒上一层椰蓉
  • 11.将面包卷起,用保鲜膜裹起来,静置半小时左右,使面包卷定型
  • 12.锅中放适量植物油,倒入玉米片,炒至玉米片变脆即可
  • 13.定型好的面包去掉边角,切段。
  • 14.两端抹上酸奶,沾上适量的玉米片
  • 15.开动
