  • 1.把羊肉切成1cm见方的小块,所有配料放进去拌匀,用保鲜膜密封,放入冰箱冷藏一晚上,腌制入味,
  • 2.用小竹签把腌制好的肉串起来,肉与肉之间紧一些,烤好的肉会缩,挤紧一些烤出来不会太空,
  • 3.放入烤箱中层180℃8min,上层230℃5min,翻个面230℃3min左右即可,
