  • 芝麻酱100g

  • 鸡蛋50g

Steps to make 【武汉】热干面

  • 1.面粉加入鸡蛋,盐,碱面
  • 2.搅拌缸内打匀面团,只能说基本打匀,因水的比例相对较少。加盖静置半小时
  • 3.醒面的时候准备调料,芝麻酱用香油调稀,加入酱油和盐拌匀,熟花生切碎备用,葱蒜切末后加入醋和糖,胡椒粉调成汁
  • 4.用压面机压出碱面
  • 5.煮至八成熟捞出过凉水,用吹风机吹干
  • 6.吹干所有面条
  • 7.吃前把面条用开水冲泡后倒出多余的水,放上芝麻酱汁,蒜汁和花生碎,拌匀即可开吃
