Steps to make 蛤蜊菠菜面

  • 1.新鲜蛤蜊清洗干净。锅中加入一小碗清水,将蛤蜊放入锅中煮到开口,将蛤蜊肉取出来备用。
  • 2.煮蛤蜊的汤也千万别扔掉了,放入碗中沉淀一下,即使有沙子也会沉淀在碗底。
  • 3.锅中添加适量的清水,大火将水烧开,然后放入面条煮熟。
  • 4.将配菜准备好,白玉菇切成段,圣女果从中间对半切开,菠菜一小把,切成段备用。
  • 5.新思特炒锅放入少量的植物油,先放入葱白爆炒出香味,放入白玉菇翻炒均匀。
  • 6.接着将圣女果放入锅中翻炒均匀。
  • 7.往锅中添加一碗清水,再加入一碗煮蛤蜊的原汤。倒的时候动作轻缓一些,底部沉淀的沙子不要倒进去。
  • 8.盖上锅盖中火煮两分钟。
  • 9.放入一茶匙六月鲜酱油提鲜。
  • 10.根据个人口味再调入,适量的盐,盐的用量要少一点,因为蛤蜊汤中带有咸味。
  • 11.最后再将剥好的蛤蜊肉放入锅中,即可关火。
  • 12.面条过一下凉白开口感更加筋道。将面条捞出空干水分放入碗中,加入做好的浇头,翻拌均匀就可以食用。清淡营养,特别鲜美。
