烤红薯
小时候每到冬天就会和一群小伙伴们到田地里烤红薯吃,整个半天才得那一点点入口。
现在有烤箱了,烤红薯便是简单多了。
前段时间妈妈家的红薯收获了,放了一个多月,基本都已经出糖了,这种红薯烤着吃最棒了。

Steps to make 烤红薯

  • 1.准备好红薯(最好选用大小均匀的,这样避免一部份已经烤熟,还有些末熟的)。
  • 2.红薯擦洗干净(因为红薯表面比较多土,浸泡十分钟左右会更容易清洗)。
  • 3.清洗干净的红薯沥干水份,放烤盘里(烤盘先铺上锡纸)。
  • 4.进烤箱200度上下火约40分钟左右,中途可翻动一下(最好时不时看看以免上面的易烤焦,或在面上再盖一层锡纸)。
  • 5.香甜的红薯便完成了。
