紫薯无花果馅冰皮月饼
还是中秋做的月饼。当初本想做点豆沙馅的,可没时间准备食材。再者家里老人很多东西不

能吃,甜的不敢吃,家中现有的紫薯和无花果酱就派上用场了。

  • 粘米粉60 克
  • 牛奶220 克
  • 无花果酱40 克
  • 糕粉30 ML
  • 白糖40克
  • 食油30ML

Steps to make 紫薯无花果馅冰皮月饼

  • 1.准备好各种粉类、牛奶和白糖。
  • 2.牛奶、白糖、食油拌匀,筛入粉类,拌匀成稀面糊;入锅隔水蒸20分钟。
  • 3.蒸5分钟后,搅拌一下;继续蒸制,中途多搅拌几次。
  • 4.蒸熟的面糊,搅拌均匀顺滑。
  • 5.装入保鲜袋,静置冷却或入冰箱冷藏,即为冰皮。

  • 7.加入糕粉拌匀。
  • 8.冰皮和无花果馅分别分成12份。
  • 9.取一块冰皮,放上无花果馅。
  • 10.冰皮包好馅料,用水慢慢向上推,包好收口。
  • 11.模具中倒入少许糕粉,晃动一下,倒出多余的糕粉。放入包好的冰皮面团,压实,脱模。
  • 12.做好的冰皮月饼。
