  • 1.准备:肉末。
  • 2.香菇需提前泡软切碎,备蒜末,红葱末。
  • 3.热锅不放少许油,(因为猪末比较瘦)将肉末放入锅里小火煸炒出香味,再放入香菇,蒜末,红葱末翻炒至香味扑鼻。
  • 4.然后调一大勺黄豆酱,糖,五香粉,花椒粉中火慢炒出香味。
  • 5.炒至肉肉上色,入味。
  • 6.再加入适量的开水大火烧开转小火焖煮20-30分钟。
  • 7.时间到,肉酱就煮好了,放凉装入保鲜盒入冰箱保存。
