Steps to make 紫薯花朵馒头

  • 1.紫薯削皮改刀切薄片。
  • 2.放入锅里蒸熟。
  • 3.准备面粉放入面包机桶里面,加少许糖。
  • 4.酵母粉。
  • 5.已放凉的紫薯也放入。
  • 6.启动和面默认20分钟完成。
  • 7.和面中。
  • 8.和好的面团,光滑稍微偏软,不用拿出来就在面包桶里面发酵(因为在和面的过程中面包桶会发热刚好利用这温度发酵。
  • 9.45分钟左右就发至两倍大了,这是发好的面团。
  • 10.取出来多揉揉排气。
  • 11.揉好的面团,再次醒10分钟。
  • 12.面团总重量是700克,分成10等份。
  • 13.然后取一小面团搓长条,再擀成长形,如图所示在中间用刀划数刀,最后从中间折叠。
  • 14.卷起来,就像一朵花儿一样,花朵馒头就做好了
  • 15.依次都做好放入蒸锅里再次醒发15分钟,冷水起蒸20分钟(我还做几个圆馒头)。
  • 16.蒸好的馒头,非常漂亮淡淡的紫色,很暄软哦。
