肉丝酸菜粉

  • 1.把酸菜洗净。
  • 2. 片一刀后,顶刀切丝。
  • 3. 粉条用清水浸泡1小时左右。
  • 4. 五花肉切丝、葱姜切碎。
  • 5. 起锅热油、爆香葱姜。
  • 6. 放入五花肉煸炒。
  • 7.烹入生抽。
  • 8. 煸炒均匀后,放入酸菜丝。
  • 9. 加适量水,烧开后加盐调味。
  • 10. 放入泡发的粉条。
  • 11. 烧制2分钟至粉条熟。
  • 12. 加味精提鲜,即可关火
  • 13. 出锅装盘,即可上桌。
