     做烘焙我觉得一定要有耐心,一步一步操作,只要用心,一定可以做好的。今天媛媛做了巧克力玛芬,真是非常的好吃哦,因为第一次做,所以做的少了一点,大大小小的只是做了6个。

  • 巧克力玛芬预拌粉150克
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 牛奶30毫升
  • 色拉油60毫升

Steps to make 巧克力玛芬

  • 1.所有的食材都称重准备好
  • 2.首先把鸡蛋打入碗中
  • 3.搅拌均匀,在倒入玛芬预拌粉中
  • 4.在倒入牛奶
  • 5.倒入色拉油
  • 6.搅拌成糊状,搅拌好粘稠度比较高哦
  • 7.在倒入一些巧克力豆搅拌均匀
  • 8.把搅拌好的面糊倒入纸杯中倒8分满就可以了哦在上面在装饰一些巧克力豆
  • 9.烤箱180度预热10分钟后放入中层用170度烤20分钟就可以了哦
  • 10.做好的巧克力玛芬超级的好吃外面的皮有点脆,里面很软,很香甜,非常的棒哦
