Steps to make 日式亲子丼

  • 1.把鸡腿去骨切成小块,然后用盐、胡椒粉、味淋、淀粉腌制5分钟。
  • 2.热锅,一点点油,小火,把鸡腿放下去慢慢炒到变色。
  • 3.加入切好的洋葱块,加入味淋、酱油、汤、加入开水(要能没过鸡块),盖上盖子,小火焖大约10分钟,洋葱要煮软。
  • 4.这时汤大约是鸡块一半的高度了,均匀的把之前打散的鸡蛋倒进去,然后煮到鸡蛋大概刚刚熟的时候,把整个倒在饭上(碗要大哦,这个菜必须完整盖住饭,然后就是蛋其实看个人喜好,有人喜欢吃老一点就多煮一些,嫩的就少煮一会儿。)放些香菜好看,不放说明你不爱吃香菜。
