  • 生抽2勺
  • 烤肉酱2勺
  • 料酒少许
  • 少许
  • 淀粉少许
  • 蛋黄2个
  • 蛋清1个

Steps to make 烤肉的做法大全——台式盐酥鸡

  • 1.鸡胸肉洗净切成块,用刀背把肉摧松,加入大蒜
  • 2.加入料酒、生抽、烤肉酱、盐、淀粉按摩几分钟后
  • 3.加入一个蛋清,继续按摩几下,包上保鲜膜送入冰箱冷藏1个小时
  • 4.腌制好的鸡肉裹上一层打散的蛋黄液
  • 5.再裹上一层燕麦碎码在烤盘上
  • 6.锡纸上面刷一层油,鸡块表面用刷子刷上一层油
  • 7.放入预热好的烤箱中层,上下火模式,180°烘烤30分钟
