Steps to make 剁椒鲈鱼

  • 1.准备好鲈鱼,去鱼鳞、鱼鳃、内脏,清洗干净。
  • 2.打花刀。
  • 3.起锅烧油,油里面放一丢丢盐(防粘),油七成热时。
  • 4.下入鲈鱼稍煎一下,煎至两面定型后加水。
  • 5.加入剁椒、姜丝、老抽。
  • 6.小火,煮至鱼入味,翻面,再煮,收干汤汁后,加鸡精、蚝油、醋、米酒调味即可出锅。
  • 7.起锅装盘,撒上葱花。
