Steps to make 腐乳肉

  • 1.准备好红腐乳,五花肉切好洗净。
  • 2.将五花肉焯水后捞出冲洗净,将2小块腐乳加少许腐乳汁压碎。
  • 3.锅内少许油,下葱姜末爆香。放入五花肉煸炒。
  • 4.加入腐乳汁和2大勺白糖翻炒均匀,再添2小碗水大火煮开后调小火慢炖。
  • 5.等锅内汁收的差不多的时候加少许盐(只要少许,腐乳是咸的),翻炒均匀就可出锅。
