Steps to make 红烧肉黄豆芽芹菜蒸挂面

  • 1.黄豆芽冲洗干净。
  • 2.芹菜切寸段,红烧肉切片。
  • 3.挂面放笼屉上蒸20分钟左右。
  • 4.在蒸面的过程中炒菜。红烧肉炒出少许油脂,放花椒、八角炸香,放葱姜蒜、干辣椒炒出香味。
  • 5.放入黄豆芽翻炒均匀,再放入适量老抽、蚝油。
  • 6.将豆芽炒至断生,放入芹菜同炒。
  • 7.放少许味精,加水与菜持平。
  • 8.将蒸好的挂面放入锅中,再把炒菜盖在面上,让挂面充分吸收汤汁。
  • 9.待挂面将汤汁收干,再重新放入蒸锅中,中小火蒸20分钟。
  • 10.成品。
