Steps to make 咖啡果冻

  • 1.将吉利丁片放入水中浸泡至软。
  • 2.煮好咖啡。
  • 3.将吉利丁片捞出放入容器,加适量的糖。(糖也可以加入咖啡中)
  • 4.加入煮好的咖啡搅拌至吉利丁片融化。
  • 5.将咖啡液倒入容器中,放入冰箱冷藏三小时以上。
  • 6.将凝好的咖啡果冻上面浇上炼乳即可食用。
