开心果米糊
元旦时公公婆婆过来,习惯性的买了很多东西带过来,其中就有一大袋子的开心果,正好我这打算试机器,就剥了些开心果一起,味道很香浓,加糖更好喝~~
开心果中含有丰富的油脂,有润肠通便的作用,助于机体排毒。同时它又是滋补食药,味甘无毒、温肾暖脾、补益虚损、调中顺气,能治疗神经衰弱、浮肿、贫血、营养不良、慢性泻痢等症。
每天吃上28克开心果,大概是49颗左右,不仅不用担心发胖,还有助于控制体重。这是因为吃饱的感觉通常需要20分钟,吃开心果可以通过剥壳延长食用时间,让人产生饱腹感和满足感,从而帮助减少食量和控制体重。

材料:
开心果50g,熟花生仁10g,大米70g,水适量

Steps to make 开心果米糊

  • 1.将开心果剥壳称出50g,另外准备10g花生仁
  • 2.将开心果仁和花生仁倒入豆浆机杯体,然后将大米洗净之后也倒入进去
  • 3.加水至900ml刻度处(最低水位线)
  • 4.盖好机盖,连通电源,选择“多功能”-“米糊”,然后启动程序
  • 5.待程序结束,香浓的米糊就做好啦
  • 6.可以适量加糖哦
