俺家小宝贝最近总是要蛋糕吃,给他做了两次,但我嫌蛋糕含糖太多,怕孩子吃多了不好,就不想给他吃,但宝贝一天天大了,想吃就要,还得想办法满足他。就做了这款咸味的司康,用切达芝士做的,奶香味浓郁,还有香葱增香,换个花样,没想到小家伙特别喜欢,比蛋糕吃的还欢实哩,一口气就吃掉了5块,哈哈,我这是培养了一个小吃货啊。司康被成为快速面包,做法简单,零厨艺也可以做出好吃的司康。我今天做得这款司康呈金黄色,主要是来自金黄色的切达芝士。芝士被我冷冻到冰箱了,拿出来时弄碎加到里面,只加一点点糖提味,烤好后芝士的金黄色让这款司康看起来很有食欲,奶香浓郁,吃起来也味道也很棒,不仅仅我孙子爱吃,我儿子吃起来也是没够哩。做了一盘,被大小朋友们一起吃光光。

  • 黄油35g
  • 蛋液75g
  • 牛奶45g
  • 3g
  • 泡打粉3g
  • 香葱20g
  • 白糖5g

  • 1.切达芝士弄碎
  • 2.低筋粉和黄油一起放入盆里,用手搓至黄油和面粉完全融合
  • 3.把切达碎放入搓好的面粉里
  • 4.拌均匀后加白糖拌均匀
  • 5.加入牛奶和蛋液
  • 6.拌至没有干粉,加入香葱碎
  • 7.把面团左右叠加按压,然后再上下叠加按压,不要揉,按压均匀即可
  • 8.擀成厚度约1厘米的片
  • 9.用尺子比着切成3厘米款4厘米长的块
  • 10.每块再对角切一下成为三角形
  • 11.摆入烤盘中
  • 12.烤箱上下火160度预热完成后,入烤箱烤17分钟
