蒜苔小炒肉
简单的家常小炒,几乎每周都会出现一次在我家餐桌上。

  • 蒜苔300g
  • 1块
  • 小辣椒4个
  • 郫县豆瓣酱1勺
  • 生抽1小勺
  • 少许
  • 食用油少许

Steps to make 蒜苔小炒肉

  • 1.五花肉洗净,放入锅中焯水至断生捞出洗净。蒜薹洗净切段。
  • 2.姜辣椒切末,五花肉切片备用。
  • 3.锅洗净烧热,放入少许食用油,再放入五花肉煎至微黄。
  • 4.放入郫县豆瓣酱,姜辣椒末,炒均匀。
  • 5.放入蒜苔炒均匀。
  • 6.大概30秒后,调入少许盐和生抽炒均匀即可出锅。
  • 7.做下酒菜也不错。
  • 8.很美味呢!
