Diu's Cup Cake -- 翻糖香蕉巧克力麦芬蛋糕
只要看过翻糖蛋糕的人,无不被其惊艳和可爱的外表所折服。在简单的蛋糕上装饰色彩缤纷的糖花或奶油,谁还舍得将这么美丽的艺术品塞进你的嘴巴里,“小身材,大味道”说的就是Cup Cake吧。

Details of ingredients

  • 低精面粉100g
  • 可可粉15g
  • 小苏打1/4小勺
  • 泡打粉一小勺
  • 牛奶65ml
  • 植物油50ml
  • 红糖80g
  • 熟透中型香蕉一根
  • 耐热可可豆30g
  • 糖粉栗粉混合铺底防粘
  • 白油防粘

Steps to make Diu's Cup Cake -- 翻糖香蕉巧克力麦芬蛋糕

  • 1.低筋面粉、泡打粉、小苏打、可可粉混合过筛。
  • 2.鸡蛋打散,加入植物油、牛奶、红糖。(尽量捏碎红糖块,这只爪子在做的事情)轻轻搅拌均匀,再倒入压好的香蕉泥,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.把过筛后的面粉倒入第2步的液体混合物里,放入巧克力豆(不放也可,我更爱有巧克力豆的哈哈)。用橡皮刮刀拌匀,制作这一步的时候一定要注意,不要搅拌过长时间,只要搅拌到粉类材料全部湿润即可。此时的面糊看上去虽然还有很多粗糙的疙瘩,但也不要继续再搅拌了。
  • 4.装入纸杯,5、6成满,表面抹平。并立即放入预热好烤箱烤焙。烤箱中层,上下火180度,25-30分钟即可出炉,趁热吃或者等凉了再吃,都同样松软可口。(忘记拍了这是蔓越莓麦芬的图哦)烤箱温度还是以家里为准,最后几分钟用牙签测试下是否有粘连物。这个蛋糕的量是大号纸杯6-7个,因为做翻糖蛋糕,蛋糕体不可以突出太多,我做出来是7个蛋糕。如果只是简单做蛋糕体,表面可以放巧克力豆装饰。
  • 5.晾干
  • 6.一定要等晾干了后才可将翻糖膏放上去
  • 7.制作各种糖花
  • 8.搭配字母小饼干,好花心思的小礼物呀,男友看到一定心欢喜
  • 9.打包咯
