Steps to make 欧包

  • 1.面粉水盐酵母混合均匀如图,盖上盖子水和20分钟。
  • 2.水和时间到放上蔓越莓干,也可以放任何自己喜欢的果干。
  • 3.带一次性手套拉起面团向中间折叠一圈,这时面团已经有筋性了。
  • 4.折叠好盖上盖子继续水和半个小时。
  • 5.水和时间到放上坚果仁。
  • 6.拉起面团继续折叠一圈,这时面团筋性更大了,也不那么粘手了。
  • 7.折叠好盖上盖子继续水和半个小时。
  • 8.发酵蓝多撒一些面粉防止粘在上面。
  • 9.水和好的面团放在撒了面粉的面垫上,向中间折叠。
  • 10.光滑面向下放入发酵蓝里盖上保鲜膜发酵大约一个半小时。
  • 11.发酵差不多好了的时候,把珐琅锅放入烤箱230°预热半个小时。
  • 12.把发酵好的面团倒扣在吸油纸上。
  • 13.划上自己喜欢的花纹。
  • 14.放入预热好的珐琅锅里。
  • 15.放进烤箱,盖着盖子烤20分钟,拿掉盖子在烤20分钟即可。
  • 16.出炉。
  • 17.成品图。
