Steps to make 韩式吮指炸鸡翅

  • 1.准备好需要的食材。
  • 2.把鸡翅泡在水里15分钟左右,把血水去除并清洗干净,沥干水分。
  • 3.为了让鸡翅更好更快的入味,用刀把鸡翅面上划2-3刀。
  • 4.往鸡翅内加入盐、黑胡椒和姜片。
  • 5.用筷子把调味料和鸡翅拌匀,也可以直接用手抓匀,腌制30分钟。
  • 6.腌制完毕后,给鸡翅裹上一层玉米淀粉。
  • 7.开大火,在锅内倒入适量的食用油。
  • 8.食用油加至7~8分热时,把鸡翅放入锅中转中火炸制,鸡翅放入锅时不要急于翻动,大约1~2分钟后再去翻动。
  • 9.鸡翅炸至金黄色,约10分钟左右即可捞出,然后再入锅复炸一次备用。
  • 10.在锅内倒入适量食用油,加入干辣椒、葱白、姜片、蒜蓉炒香。
  • 11.加入又伊鲜酱油、甜辣酱、蜂蜜混合均匀。
  • 12.加入炸好的鸡翅,翻炒几下。
  • 13.让鸡翅裹上慢慢的酱汁,最后撒入花生翻动下即可出锅。
