    Steps to make 北方春饼

    • 1.缓缓倒入热水,用筷子慢慢搅动。
    • 2.用手慢慢揉面,如果粘手就蘸一点凉水慢揉成这样,面光光的就放在盆里醒一下。
    • 3.大约醒5分钟,把面放面板上,揉好分成3分,像做饺子皮那样。
    • 4.像做饺子皮那样,不过比饺子皮要大一些,4个为一组。
    • 5.擀好面皮以后用小刷子给面片抹油,就是平常炒菜的植物油,注意:抹油一定要把面片抹得满满的,只抹3个!然后把抹过油的片片叠起来,像擀饺子皮那样擀。
    • 6.擀好了!上下一般大。
    • 7.放在饼铛里,小火。
    • 8.烙好了!看看吧!
    • 9.随便配菜,但是要有大葱和面酱。
    • 10.其实卷烤鸭吃最好吃,但是配京酱肉丝是老公最爱,所以京酱肉丝是必不可少的啦!
    • 11.顺便喝一碗南瓜粥,养生又保健!
