Steps to make 蜂蜜蛋糕

  • 1.把蜂蜜和细砂糖准备好
  • 2.在把鸡蛋打入碗中
  • 3.锅里倒热水,把盛鸡蛋的大碗放在热水里
  • 4.用电动打蛋器开始打发,先用低速打发,鸡蛋有细腻乳沫时,换高速打发
  • 5.打发到浓稠的状态,打蛋头上的蛋糊不会滴落
  • 6.低筋面粉分二次过筛,用刮刀拌匀,不要打圈搅拌,以免消泡
  • 7.在次把低筋面粉过筛,拌成均匀的糊状
  • 8.倒入玉米油拌匀
  • 9.倒入纸杯,八成满
  • 10.放入预热的烤箱185度,中层上下火,烤15分钟至20分钟,表面金黄即可
  • 11.成品,放了蜂蜜的蛋糕比戚风蛋糕还要好吃哟
