自制鲜剁椒
我爱吃剁椒鱼头,所以我家常年都备着剁椒。每年这个时候我都会做一些存在冰箱里,最主要的用途是当然做鱼头,还喜欢吃面条的时候舀一大勺放在煮好面上直接吃。有时候炒菜或者凉拌菜都可以加一些,说他百搭一点都不为过吧。
     前段时间自己做的吃完了,在超市里买了一瓶,那味道和自己做的比起来差好远纳,还是自己弄的好吃,不但简单,还美味又卫生还便宜

Steps to make 自制鲜剁椒

  • 1.提前准备材料:红色朝天椒3斤,蒜头1斤。调料:盐100克,糖30克,高度数白酒10克。
  • 2.辣椒洗净彻底晾干后去蒂,蒜头直接去皮
  • 3.带好一次性手套(最好带多几层),先把辣椒切开、然后剁成小粒粒(绿豆大小即可),我分了6次切完这些辣椒.
  • 4.蒜头先切片,然后剁碎即可。
  • 5.把剁碎的辣椒和蒜头放入大盆中,倒入所有的调料。
  • 6.带好一次性手套,用手混合均匀
  • 7.放人干净无水无油的容器里。
  • 8.密封好放入冰箱冷藏保存,一个星期后即可食用。
