Steps to make 糖醋三文鱼

  • 1.姜切片,葱切葱花。
  • 2.糖醋汁材料混合。
  • 3.三文鱼切厚片,用厨房纸擦干水份。
  • 4.热油锅,把鱼煎至金黄。
  • 5.翻面继续煎。
  • 6.放入姜片煎一下。
  • 7.倒入糖醋汁烧开,转小火烧约6-7分钟至鱼熟透。
  • 8.大火稍收汁,撒上葱花即可。
  • 9.开胃下饭。
