Steps to make 三三得九饺子

  • 1.首先我们将面粉放到一个和面袋中,倒水慢慢搅拌,注意不要把水全部倒进去,然后慢慢的揉搓,等面团成形后,放在一边醒上20分钟
  • 2.把新鲜的三文鱼去皮去筋用力剁成肉馅,根据自己口味决定肉馅的粗细程度,切好后装进碗中备用,并开火煮一碗清水备用
  • 3.把口菇或其他种类的蘑菇切成小丁丁,把菠菜用之前煮好的开水焯一下
  • 4.锅中倒入橄榄油和黄油,将香菇小丁丁稍作炒制,加上黑胡椒和少量的盐
  • 5.把茴香也剁成陷,再把刚焯好的菠菜水分充分挤干,稍微的剁一下,然后我们把所有的料都倒入三文鱼馅中
  • 6. 姜切成末,并加入盐、黑胡椒,再倒一个生鸡蛋,按照一个方向将馅料打上劲
  • 7.案板上撒上薄面,然后开始擀面皮,把醒好的面皮取出,将面团揉上劲,切下四分之一,搓成长条状,用刀切成季子(注意 切得季子要比平时切得大一倍),开始擀面皮
  • 8.擀好面皮后我们将一块芝士片放在面皮上,再加上馅料,包起来,一定要包紧哦
  • 9.把所有饺子都包好后,我们开始烹制,三种烹制方法制作出来的味道有很大的区别
  • 10.首先是烤制,我们把烤盘底部刷上橄榄油,并铺上迷迭香,这样是防止饺子在烤制时站在盘底,而且还会有迷迭香的香气
  • 11.再将橄榄油均匀的涂抹在饺子上,把饺子放进烤盘,上面再放上马苏里奶酪,再放上一些黑胡椒,上下火180度,烤制20分钟
  • 12.第二种手法是煎饺,锅中倒入橄榄油,等油热后放入黄油,把饺子码放好,用小火慢慢的煎制3分钟
  • 13.锅中加开水,半没过饺子,开大火盖盖煮5分钟,出锅前记得撒一些黑胡椒和迷迭香末哟,用铲子从底部轻轻铲起,金黄金黄的像一根根小金条,令人食欲大开
