  • 1.五花肉凉水下锅,加葱段、姜片煮至七八成熟捞出
  • 2.煮好的五花肉晾凉切片,蒜苗斜切成段,蒜梗和蒜叶分开
  • 3.起锅烧油放肉片小火煸炒
  • 4.炒制肉片边缘微黄将肉推到一边,下豆瓣酱小火煸炒,炒出红油后和五花肉一起翻炒
  • 5.下蒜梗一起翻炒
  • 6.出锅前下蒜叶翻炒
  • 7.出锅装盘即可。
