Steps to make 黄豆酱蒸鲈鱼

  • 1.一条鲈鱼已处理好,放入蒸鱼碟中,铺上姜丝,鱼身上划几刀更易熟及入味。
  • 2.放入开水锅中大火蒸熟约12分钟左右(以蒸熟为准)。
  • 3.蒸到八分钟的时候,打开盖子(如果汤汁很多的情况下要把汤汁倒掉哦)。
  • 4.将黄豆酱铺在鱼身上继续蒸几分钟。
  • 5.蒸好的鱼,放上香菜,淋点热油即可。
