  • 1.白白的米花,(我们这还有种人参米的叫法,更喜欢这个叫法,)
  • 2.准备模具,包上锡纸,如果有可加热保鲜膜也可以换成保鲜膜,
  • 3.白砂糖、麦芽糖、盐加清水,
  • 4.搅拌至糖融化,然后就不要去搅动它,转小火慢熬,
  • 5.先是出来大泡,
  • 6.后转密集的小泡,这个时候用筷子蘸一点糖浆,放入凉水中蘸一蘸,如果糖浆变硬并且吃起来脆而不粘牙糖浆就算熬好了,
  • 7.迅速倒入米花,小心快速翻拌均匀,尽量让每一粒米都沾上糖浆,
  • 8.倒入模具中按压紧实,
  • 9.脱模,
  • 10.撕去表面锡纸,趁热切块即可,
