Steps to make 白三剁

  • 1.准备好食材:熟的咸鸭蛋、青椒、绞碎的五花肉。
  • 2.调料:白胡椒粉、鸡粉、盐和姜。
  • 3.将咸鸭蛋的蛋白部分剥下来剁碎、姜切成末、青椒切碎。备用。
  • 4.热锅凉油放入肉末,将肉末本身的油煸炒出来。
  • 5.放入姜末,炒出香味。
  • 6.放入鸭蛋白碎,煸炒均匀。
  • 7.再放入青椒碎煸炒均匀,关火。
  • 8.最后放入白胡椒粉、盐、鸡粉调味。拌匀即可。
  • 9.简单美味,很有特色。
