一年一度的感恩节就要来临了。吃烤火鸡、感恩节大餐、一家人团圆围坐一起有说有笑……身在异国,每到这个时候便特别思念自己的亲人。不过,思念归思念,在感恩节好好地吃一顿,犒劳一下自己才是比较靠谱的,哈哈……

Steps to make 感恩节大餐开胃菜·黄油蘑菇(Buttered Mushroom)

  • 1.把上述主料、配料、调料准备好。(至于美国“大杏仁”嘛……做菜的间隙,无聊了嚼几个吧)
  • 2.准备好一个平底不粘锅,开火,放入黄油块,中火融化。(注意不要用大火,不然黄油融化太快容易糊,味道会发苦。)
  • 3.待黄油融化之后,轻轻放入蘑菇。并用蘑菇把黄油涂匀。
  • 4.静静等待蘑菇把黄油的香味吸收进去。大概3-4分钟。
