Steps to make 田螺塞肉

  • 1.准备食材:肉糜、田螺。
  • 2.在肉糜中放入葱末、姜末、盐、白胡椒粉、料酒,顺时针搅拌上筋,待用。
  • 3.田螺洗净,田螺用剪刀剪尾后,挑出肉,去掉尾部待用,壳留用。
  • 4.剪下肉剁碎,螺盖留用。
  • 5.将拌好肉糜放入田螺泥中,拌成田螺馅。
  • 6.然后将田螺馅塞入螺内,再按上螺盖,仍恢复整个田螺形状。
  • 7.锅热油,入姜丝,放入田螺,略炒。
  • 8.放入料酒、盐、糖、老抽、老干妈和适量的水,烧开转中小火10分钟。
  • 9.最后放入鸡精、撒入葱花,翻匀出锅装盘。
