水晶梅花蒸饺

  • 1.虾仁、香芹、香菇切成碎丁,加葱姜米、盐、鸡精拌成馅心。
  • 2.澄粉加入100克的滚开水,用筷子搅拌成雪花面,少加一小勺色拉油揉匀面团。搓条下成一个个小剂子。
  • 3.用擀面棍擀成圆皮。
  • 4.把虾仁馅心放入。
  • 5.包入馅心。把圆皮周长均匀分成5个点,向中间靠拢。
  • 6.每个花瓣的要控制大小一致。
  • 7.中间可以沾点蛋清沾粘。
  • 8.图所示将中间粘结起来,形成5个花瓣。
  • 9.把相邻的花瓣再次粘结起来,一朵梅花蒸饺就做好了。
  • 10.同样的方法做出其他的梅花蒸饺。
  • 11.胡萝卜切碎做点缀,也可以换成火腿或咸蛋黄点缀,口感更好一些。
  • 12.把一块胡萝卜切碎,放入花瓣点缀一下,也可以换做其他的原料点缀,如蛋黄,火腿等。放入蒸笼蒸8分钟拿出。
  • 13.把做好的蒸饺放入蒸笼蒸8分钟左右。
  • 14.蒸好后晶莹剔透。
  • 15.蒸好的梅花饺晶莹剔透。
