油炸豆粉麻叶

Steps to make 油炸豆粉麻叶

  • 1.把面粉和豆粉倒入盆内,放上糖和黑芝麻,打上鸡蛋。
  • 2.用筷子搅均匀。
  • 3.再倒上200克的温水揉成面团,松弛十分二十分钟都可。
  • 4.案上施上薄粉,把面团放案上擀成饼。
  • 5.擀成1至1.5毫米的薄饼,擀的过程中两面要不断撒干粉防粘。
  • 6.用刀切成长条。
  • 7.再切成棱形或平行四边行。
  • 8.两块搭在一起。
  • 9.用刀从中间切开一个口子。
  • 10.把小饼的一头从中间的小孔中翻过去,这就是翻叶的来历。
  • 11.一个成品出来了。
  • 12.做好后摆起来,待全做好了一块开火。
  • 13.锅里加油烧七成热,下入翻叶。
  • 14.炸至金黄即可出锅。
