    • 1.梅干菜用水泡软,多清洗几遍。

    • 13.面团取出放面板上按揉排气,分成小剂子。
    • 14.擀成中间厚四周薄的小圆片。
    • 15.取适量馅料。
    • 16.包成包子,放笼屉里二次发酵。
    • 17.待包子胚变大变轻时冷水上锅蒸,大火烧开上汽后转中火15分钟,关火虚蒸5分钟开盖。
